Koebe just asked Aprille if she knew what an opportunity cost is. "You know, when you give up something so you can have something else????", says he. She then asked him where he heard that. He said, "econ, you know- econ!?"....what? Last time I checked, I learned that in high school not first grade.

If You Were On An Island....
Ever been asked that question, "If you could only take one thing with you to an island, what would it be?"???? Well, for me the answer to that question is quite simply, Chapstick. Forget the toothbrush- I'll use my finger. Deodorant? I don't care that much. A computer? That would be the last thing I'd be doing on an island. I don't know how I become co-dependant on this waxy concoction stuffed into a small plastic tube, but I have to confess- I'm a Chapstick addict. I have one at my desk at work, in my car, in my backpack, near my keys at the house, in my nightstand, and probably one in the bag I take to church. Wow. I didn't realize how many I had until I just pecked it out on the keyboard. But, even now, as I sit on a plane headed to arid, dry Las Vegas, all I can think about is, "Where is my Chapstick?" I'm starting to have a little bit of anxiety because I can't seem to find my trusted source of comfort anywhere!
The worst feeling is knowing that you are trapped on a plane for several hours without any access to Chapstick!!! I can already envision about how long it will take for my lips to start getting dry, then scratchy and itchy, then tight from trying to hydrate by wetting them with a drink- but to no avail! It's like I'm Dumbledore on that rock in the middle of the lake when he is dying of thirst, but the more he drinks the thirstier he gets- there is no end in sight to the agitation my lips will have to bear! Someone give me some Chapstick, please!
